Politics of returns
The purchase of entrances for the KPOP Universe Music Fest is definite.
Once realised, do not accept  changes neither returns, save in case of total cancellation of the event by part of the organisation.

In case of official cancellation, will inform  to all the buyers of the procedure to request the corresponding repayment inside the terms established.

They do not contemplate  returns by personal reasons, changes of plans, errors when selecting entrances, zones or experiences, neither by impossibility to assist. The reventa or cession of entrances is exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

Special cases
If you bought an entrance with experience Meet & Greet and the group associated (like W24) no longer forms part of the poster, will be able to change gratuitamente to the M&G of another available group from your account in Enterticket.
